You Don’t Have to Carry Everything Alone
Therapy is not about “fixing” who you are — it’s about creating space to better understand yourself, process difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways to move through life.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or struggling in relationships, therapy can help you gain clarity, healing, and practical tools for lasting change.
At Deep Lake Counseling Services, the goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Brian Wilton is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC) with experience working alongside individuals facing trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.
Brian’s approach is grounded in authenticity, trust, and connection. He believes therapy works best when clients feel safe enough to be honest, challenged enough to grow, and supported enough to heal.
He is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and utilizes evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. Brian has experience working in both mental health and addiction recovery settings and is passionate about helping clients create meaningful, sustainable change in their lives.
Teens may face anxiety, stress, school pressure, family conflict, and relationship challenges. Brian helps build coping skills, emotional awareness, and a supportive space to feel heard.

How It Works
Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation with Brian. This is an opportunity to briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, ask questions, and determine whether Deep Lake Counseling Services feels like the right fit for your needs.
During your consultation, Brian will take time to learn more about your goals, challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, you'll discuss your current concerns, any relevant history, and the type of support that may be most beneficial for your situation.
If you decide to move forward, you'll schedule your first telehealth appointment at a time that works best for you. Before your session, you'll receive any necessary intake paperwork, consent forms, and instructions for accessing your secure virtual therapy sessions.
Healing looks different for everyone. As your therapeutic relationship develops, you and Brian will identify goals, build practical tools, and create a plan that supports your growth and well-being.
